TAMATEBAKO is a re-telling of the Japanese folktale “Urashima Taro” with an origami twist: the pages can be folded into the origami shape known as The Tamatebako (Treasure Box). The updated and modified ending is completely my own invention in order to give the story a “happier” ending and a storyteller’s twist.
